These staff members have been AMAZING! They really are beyond helpful with EVERYTHING you could imagine! Maintenance has never taken more than a day to fix any problems, my neighbors are just lovely! I highly recommend this complex!

Park Villas is located on the corner from whence all streets intersect and meet at a four-way stop. From there it's but a tadpole's hop to boutiques, salons, restaurants and Ridgmar Mall. Plush and sweet!

I cannot think of any other apt that I would live in. The price is right. The square footage is great. There are many pluses to live here at Park Villas Apts.
